All orders placed by 12:00 pm (noon) P.S.T. will ship that business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will ship the following business day. Orders not placed at all will never ship.
All orders ship from our elite level warehouse and shipping partner in Henderson, NV. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is in route. We cannot accept order changes once they are placed.
Returns.
We accept returns within 20 days of purchase, eligible returns must be unwashed and unworn.

Unfortunately we're not able to ship internationally at the moment. Many local snowboard shops carry Crab Grab products. Ask if yours does.
